The central location was definitely a highlight of our stay, making it easy to walk to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating, helping us with our requests throughout our city break. We especially enjoyed the breakfast which was well-prepared and satisfying, giving us the energy to explore the city.
The hotel lacked quality amenities and upkeep. Our room looked old and outdated, and the lack of air conditioning made sleeping uncomfortable.

Convenient to bus station, staff spoke English, nice clean and comfy room.
Very noisy outside, made sleeping difficult. Next time would request room at back of hotel.

We had our breakfast in the Hotel. Unfortunately no body is there to check whether all foods are available or not. Also foods are not enough.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the railway and bus stations, making it easy to explore the area. the spacious rooms provide a comfortable space to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the breakfast buffet offers a decent selection of food to start the day off right.
Some of the staff members could benefit from additional training in customer service to ensure a more pleasant experience.

Extremely well-located hotel at the intersection of the main pedestrianised shopping street and the street that leads to the bus, minibus and train terminals. Solid hotel with character; rooms are comfortable and bathrooms particularly good. Friendly staff. Breakfast is extra - it is a buffet with a limited selection of hot items - and priced about right.

Location, near the main street(Kropowki). The receptionists spoke good enough English. And we could choose whether or not we would have breakfast. (If you don't need it, you don't have to pay.)

The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety of options for a reasonable cost. the location was convenient, being near the main street and within easy walking distance of several sights. the hotel also had a pleasant common area to relax in.
The room we stayed in was quite noisy due to external factors beyond the hotel's control. the room was also quite small and could have been cleaner.

The hotel is ideally located in the centre of town, within a 15 minutes walk from the bus and train terminal. Some rooms have glimpses of the Tatra Mountains. Good value for money.

The hotel is right in the city centre, within walking distance of the High Tatra national park. The room was olde world charm complete with chandeliers, and very comfortable.
We were there at the end of the summer holidays and every night, even weeknights, there were drunk people yelling and screaming outside in the street at the top of their voices till 3am or 4am. They didn't stop, but you can't blame the hotel for that. It did seem strange though.

We liked it very much.
The only problem was parking. In our opinion a hotel as like yours should have a parking place of its own for the guests.
